There are many complexities in the health-care provision system, affecting the quality of health-care services in the US. Disintegration in health-care systems is a hindering factor, requiring unification between disciplines, for the enhancement of quality and synchrony. Promotion of collaboration between disciplines is a worldwide proposition for technology to advance healthcare providers interaction in their duties. Educating of more baccalaureate nurses, improving on the educational provision and using technology for the integration of healthcare would be an added advantage for elevating healthcare to greater levels. This would improve the use of evident based information as nurses interact with physicians. The importance of the "Initiative on the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action" report are numerous and relevant to the future of the healthcare system. There is a crucial need for interdisciplinary partnerships for the provision of competent care within the complex health sector. Investing and implementation of the recommendations by the Institute of Medicine (IOM) Future of Nursing Committee are facilitative to the nursing's ability of meeting the challenging needs of collaborative delivery of healthcare. As plans and reformations in the healthcare systems grow, improved education of nurses who can practice freely in accordance to their academic achievements is necessary. The practice freedom will enable nurses to take up the increased interdisciplinary possibilities and opportunities, which the IOM report proposes (Polifko, 2010).
The report also promotes the use of evidence-based bedside nursing practice, which has a consistency to the current research recommendations. Evidence-based research demands for information related to breakthroughs of scientific researches of learning literature. Technology provides the bedside nurse with current relevant information quickly. Partnerships and collaboration will also improve the nursing practice maintaining current practices. Collaboration will link together the many facets of healthcare. Different entities will be bridged together for education, research, and practice to intertwine like a medical supply chain. Such a collaborative interaction is important for the nurses, as they would become engaged interactively with current research and researchers. The integration of research into practice will help nurses to provide better healthcare services to patients (Lane & Kohlenberg, 2010).
c) Discuss the intent of the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action.

The coalition go ahead into making a focus on education institutions, licensing bodies and advocacy organizations with a focus on reforming the healthcare sector to the advantage to the needs of patients.
