Challenges

The major challenge for this project was that, the government was not ready to give enough support to show that they were actually committed to the project. For instance, the collection of tolls; there was consequent use of tolled facilities which led to revenue shortfalls. In addition, the tolls were set to high thus failed to make allowance for multiple and frequent users. Government, on the other hand was not ready to build public opinion in favor of the project hence this had a significant challenge on the project.
