Staples is an organization that is dedicated to helping the communities. This is establishing a model that others can follow during the process. Evidence of this can be seen with the company starting Staple Soul. This is a nonprofit that is dedicated to helping reach out to different communities around the world (where the firm has operations). As a result, this is allowing the corporation to effectively achieve their goals with them saying, "Through our commitment to corporate responsibility, what we call Staples Soul, we have become a better employer, neighbor and business leader. Our goal is to not only meet the expectations of our customers, associates, shareholders and communities we serve, but to work toward being a model for others to follow." This is demonstrating how we had a good experience when interacting with Staples and the programs they support in achieving these objectives.
