Liance Corporation is a company that focuses on selling home appliances. The company has more than 50 sales agents across multiple states. To increase its sales, TopLiance is planning to implement an online sales program. This online sales program will be an e-commerce-based system that will allow clients and customers to do direct buying of home appliances via the Internet, as well as do product inquiry online. While TopLiance will continue its on-site sales and customer service, this new Internet-based sales program is expected to increase the company's sales volume while enhancing the profit margin.

Planned Approach for Managing the Project
In every project development, the planning stage is important because it is from this phase where the foundation of the project will be built. Among the most important components of the complete lifecycle of project development is project management. This section will discuss the project management approach that we plan for the TopLiance e-Commerce Online System.
Liance e-Commerce Online System Project will be managed chiefly by a main technical team, composed of a project manager and a development team. The development team will be composed of 2 systems analyst, 2 database administrators, 3 software engineers/developers, and 2 quality assurance consultants. A customer service support, composed of 5 individuals, shall provide support to the project manager and development team during the implementation process and operational process of the online system. Please refer to figure (a) for the structured diagram of individuals that will play part in the full lifecycle of this project.
To properly manage the project, one of the planned approach is to always document every information that arises during the planning, development, implementation, and operational stages.
