Healthcare organizations need to perform check-ups in order to make sure that the management is well-acquainted with weaknesses and strengths regarding the institution's environmental condition. This information can then be used with the purpose of devising strategies that can effectively assist the organization in being able to progress from an environmental point-of-view.

Hospitals need to install systems that can constantly analyze the environment within the institution in order to detect any changes. Such strategies can make it possible for the management to effectively deal with environmental problems that the hospital they are in charge of might be responsible for.

As the manager of a healthcare clinic, I would first focus on the technology being used throughout the clinic and try to replace equipment that is out of date. The second thing I would do would be to address the firm's organizational culture so as for employees to feel that it is their responsibility to work for the institution's well-being rather than to do so because of the financial aspect of the issue. The third thing I would attempt to address would be the institution's financial management system, as finances are often lost as a result of human error.

It deals primarily with individuals who are underprivileged and emphasizes the fact that the elderly and disabled persons are exposed and thus need to be treated with special attention in times when the masses are often inclined to ignore their needs.

In contrast to other healthcare organization, the ACL acknowledges the harsh times society is currently experiencing and wants people to understand the need for more accessible healthcare. This makes it possible for it to receive wider attention and support both from the public and from investors.

In addition to attracting investors through its attitudes, the ACL also supports their actions by being "a source of collaboration, innovation, and solutions." (About ACL) This makes it possible for people and organizations working with ACL to get a complex understanding of the degree to which the institution helps the contemporary society experience progress from an ethical point-of-view. Instead of being solely interested in profits, as many other healthcare organizations, the ACL is also concerned about the effectiveness of its actions.
