The communications can be conducted anonymously, to protect the privacy of site members. Returning to the site would defeat the ultimate purpose of ending the trauma of missing a loved one. Therefore, customers should ideally not return to the Web site; PROJECT MISSING would be doing its job well if it reunited loved ones with missing persons.
