Israel Keyes the Reluctant Serial Killer

This assignment is for my Case Management and Problem Solving class. I need you to watch both of the you tube videos below about a man name Israel Keyes and answer each section below.

Presenting Problem
Apparent serial killer. Spoke about them at length during his interviews. At least a dozen different victims. He loved the attention and media coverage that his crimes created. Specifically enjoyed the act of killing people.
Drug History and Current Pattern Use 
No proof that he used drugs. It would seem that the “high” he got from killing people and the media coverage he got from the same was what drove him. It was his drug, so to speak. Further, he became more and more “addicted” to killing and thus the intervals between criminal acts would become shorter due to his continued loss of control. However, he did not want to be called a serial killer.
Medical History and Current Status 
Seemingly in good health except for the depraved acts. Even authorities note that he was not “crazy” or otherwise not in a calculated state of mind. Murder was his drug of choice, for whatever reason.
Family History and Current Relationship 
As noted below, he was raised in a Mormon house and was exposed to a church with white supremacist views. Not long before his final capture, he attended the wedding of one his sisters. Mid-ceremony, he was ranting about how there was no God.
Crime & Delinquency 
No major criminal record before the murders and other felonies came to light. One citation for no license and another for DUI. No violent offenses. Violent criminal history did not begin until 1996
Education  
Raised in a Mormon family and he was home-schooled. Later became casually involved in a church that had clear ties to the white supremacist movement.
Employment
Joined the Army in 1998. Remained there until 2001. Was decorated and was honorably discharged. Had his own construction business in 2007 while in Alaska. Worked as a handyman, contractor and construction worker.
Mental Status Examination  
Propensity towards barbaric and horrific acts, but yet very meticulous and careful when it comes to the same. Very confident and self-assured, even after he was caught.
Appearance  
Fairly good appearance to him despite him being in custody. His appearance while in custody would seem to match from when he was still on the loose or just after being caught.
Behavior 
Same themes and patterns seen throughout the rest of this report…calculated, measured and so forth…but with a hint of restlessness and being ansty. Perhaps he just has an itch to kill again.
Motor 
Seems to be OK during the interviews. Seems a little bored or restless. Looks around a lot, flexes his hands around his opposing arms, etc. Again, seems bored more than anything. No sign of motor problems or dysfunction.
Speech 
No apparent speech problems. Speaks very smoothly, almost monotone in nature. Rather emotionless as compared to what he is being accused of.
Affect
He’s certainly aware and cognizant of where he is and what he is saying. However, he is very muted and docile considering what he is accused of doing.
Sensorium
This matches with his affect, in that he is aware and conscious. However, he is seemingly detached. At the same time, he is more than willing to discuss details about what he is accused of doing. As noted before, he is very meticulous and this would include when it comes to what he says and how he says it.
Insight
It is not obvious or apparent that the alleged killer thinks he has a problem. He is entirely too casual and docile as compared to what other suspects of these crimes would or should be. Comes off as callous and unapologetic for what he has done.
