Health Care: Responses

Many researchers have considered the benefits of taking naps at work. The results have been so clear and so common that some workplaces have even implemented nap taking for their employees. It was found that employees who take "power naps" tend to be more efficient and perform better while working. Research also suggests that the ideal "power nap" is 25 minutes long. Hence, taking naps benefit not only employees, but also the workplace in general by creating a better and more efficient workforce.

My "prescription" has been affected by various factors. First, my parents were very open-minded people, which resulted in the same orientation for me. I tend to look at new information and new philosophies of life with a sense of curiosity rather than fear. I believe those people acted the way they did because of some deep-seated psychological drive. This cannot be explained merely by the influence of external features such as sociological factors or the home environment. Instead, I believe it is a combination of innate psychological qualities that have been there at birth and affected by the earliest relationships of the person.

The theory that makes most sense to me is the one regarding psychological forces. While human nature is an innate force, psychological forces are shaped by a person's earliest relationships. These can cause unforeseen complication when a person grows and matures.

My theory of human behavior is a combination of innate human nature and psychological forces. Sociological and environmental factors may play a part, but the inner nature of a person combined with psychological forces is a much stronger determinant of behavior.

One of the most stressful jobs I probably ever had was when I worked as a waiter to help make ends meet while studying. The money I made helped me to purchase some items for myself, including lunches and books. The stress came from the fact that I needed to deal with many different kinds of people every day. I had to know the menu and the specials of the day by heart, and I had to maintain a friendly attitude, even if those I served were rude. It was also a physically demanding job. I coped with this by going home and taking at least an hour to relax completely. I would take a warm bath, have some dinner, and watch television before taking some time to devote to my studies.
