Job Advertisement In The Newspaper Term Paper

As, we are having employees and managers work together in determining if this is someone that they can get along with over the long-term. This is when we can find an individual who will become a part of our team. Part 3: Questions for a Behavioral Based Interview

To determine if someone is a good fit for the position we will be asking them a series of different questions. The basic idea is to use their responses to understand their thought process and the kind of HR manager they will be. Once this occurs, is when we will have a better understanding of as to which candidates are best suited for the position. Below are a series of different questions that we will be asking everyone as a part of the hiring process during their interviews.

Questions that will be asked to candidates during the interview

Why do you think that you are most qualified for this position?

How good of a communicator are you? Tell me about an experience where you had to troubleshoot the problem and use communication in resolve the issue.

Have you ever been the subject or any kind of criminal or civil investigation? (If the answer is yes. Please explain).

How well do you handle dealing with multiple tasks at one time?

What background do you have with computers? Are you willing to learn new applications and programs?

How flexible are you when it comes to changing responsibilities and working conditions?

Describe some situations where you have used good discretion and judgment?

What are your...

Once this takes place, is when they will be able to determine if they will be a good fit inside the organization (based upon their responses to selected criteria) This will lower the total amounts of turnover in the position and it will help us to find someone that can stay with the facility over the long-term.
