¶ … individual would have regarding the text, however it could be possible to make them look at their own views of love compared to what has been written and possible reflect and see how peoples situations may change their view of the text. It seems that regardless the text appears to be from a broken heart perspective, where the broken hearted is the judge and the jury. In my opinion, it is not hard to feel the pain of the writer. One can see that this is a person that has lost their faith in true love. They actually feel it is better if people go through life not knowing love, or believing in its existence. It seems that the emotion in the writing is too strong to convert in the readers mind. It is direct and blatant in its approach. On the other hand, it might be possible to have the reader view the writer as bitter and scorned; therefore changing the way the writing is viewed. Otherwise in my opinion it is really too difficult to create any questions that could change the focus or view of the writing. Questions that should be asked in order to be able to understand the text fully or maybe even form a different view of it. Are there different views of love? Are there different degrees of love? Does true love exist? Can anyone fall in love? Should we judge people that are in love? Can you love again after being hurt? Does your view of love change after being hurt or is it just as intense? It seems necessary to see how the reader feels about the concept of love in order to determine if in fact there is a way to change someone's view of the reading. It is never that easy to change someone's perspective once it has been set, therefore maybe some preliminary questions should be asked before it is read and this may somehow affect the readers interpretation of what is being presented in the reading. Love just might be one of the hardest concepts to change in a persons mind regardless of their experience.
