IV. BARRIERS to 'JUSTICE 'FOR ALL'

There are barriers that stand in the way of all individuals experiencing the same level of justice as other experience and these barriers may include those which are structural and socio-economic as well as other barriers to justice which include gender, race, and ethnicity. In other words, there are barriers effectively in place barring individuals from being on the receiving end of an equal level of justice based upon their socio-economic status even if the barriers of race and ethnicity are not present while someone of the same race in another region of the world or a different country area that will be on the receiving end of an inequity in justice based solely on the individual's race.

Cultural and societal barriers for justice include the barriers faced by individuals in a society that does not speak the primary language of the country in which they reside and as well human assumptions present additional barriers as individuals are stereotyped and as well regional differences result in inequitable justice towards groups of people in the society whom would not receive less justice than others if there were located in another country, state or even city or town due to the area in which they reside being predominated by an inequitable mindset as compared to other areas that they might reside.

This program assisted many individuals who were subject to inequalities of law regarding tenant's rights, employment rights, and other issues of justice in the American legal system. This program rose to its heights in the early 1990s after its beginnings in the Civil Rights era of the 1960's and by 2001 was for all intents and purposes defunded by the Federal Government due to political aspects and lack of funding for the Legal Services Program.
SUMMARY and CONCLUSION

The truth is that 'Justice for All' while an admirable goal and one well worth striving toward and worth the pursuit is a goal that is unrealistic because the factors and variables affecting individuals through the United States and certainly on a worldwide basis are so diverse and of such variation that there is no method which can effectively address all of these variables and hope to simulate enough uniformity of conditions that would facilitate in reality the same level of justice for all.

Saikaku, Pushkin and El Saadawi: Is Justice Possible? The concept of justice, in literature and in life, is a universally cherished yet complex and inherently ambiguous one. All societies have respective, sometimes opposing, ideas about justice. Islamic Sharia law (once enforced in Afghanistan by the Taliban) states that cutting off a hand is apt justice for theft. Western society would consider that act not only unjust but barbaric. Webster's New American

Justice One of the most consistent problems facing the criminal justice system is the influence of institutional culture on the administration of justice, both at the level of the police and the courts. While there are of course written guidelines and laws dictating the actions and decision-making process of both the police and the courts, in practice there is a substantial amount of leeway when it comes to dealing with specific

What was particularly ironic was that soccer had always been a game for whites only: blacks were specifically not included. Of course, the movie had a happy ending when South Africa won the World Cup. But the World Cup didn't completely change South Africa. There is still high violence, prompted by economic conditions and a newly released set of citizens. A high percentage of residents also have Aids, another very
