Psychology • Ambassador -- your score is 18 points out of • Advocate -- your score is 14 out of • People Mover -- your score is 18 out of • Truth-Seeker -- your score 17 out of • Creative builder -- your score is 21 out of • Experienced guide -- your score is 19 out of According to the assessment, my strengths stay in being a creative builder and an experienced guide.

The fact that I got my lowest result in the Advocate section does not really surprise me, as I am really familiar with my tendency to employ a somewhat restrained attitude when it comes to act as the spokesperson for the group. I sometimes feel hesitant about taking the spotlight as a result of associating such a role with less honest attitudes.

I am not saying that an advocate is not well-acquainted with the difference between right and wrong, but the fact that they need to put across thinking that persuades others means that they sometimes have to be less sympathetic toward people. Such a role can involve being a person who cannot understand the complexity of difficult situations and are concerned with providing a quick fix for any problem they come across, regardless of the harm that the respective solution can inflict on others.

While being an advocate is not my strongest point, I would agree with the assessment's results showing that I have a creative personality and that I am usually the go-to person when someone experiences difficulty.

Being stuck in a position does not prevent me from getting actively involved in starting new projects, as I practically believe that it would be in everyone's best interest to acknowledge the importance of keeping their brains working perfectly by taking on missions that are likely to be much more challenging in comparison to the routines they are used to.

The feeling of being a part of a new project is intriguing to me and even though I sometimes cling on to things I am especially appreciative of the opportunity to do something new. People often associate me with someone that can help them overcome their problems. Ranging from problems in the office to personal problems, I have been asked advice in numerous occasions and in most cases I provided guidance that significantly assisted these people in experiencing success.

The facts that I can understand people's problems and that I consider the moral and rational aspect of potential solutions play an important role in making it possible for me to provide advice that is positive in most cases. The advocate part of the assessment certainly made me acknowledge (again) the fact that I have problems when I am in the spotlight. I know that I need to adopt a more relaxed attitude when I speak before a crowd, but I can rarely.
