Leadership Some say that leadership is just getting a job done. I wish to dispute that it does not work that way. Every professional's job is now the front lines, and the skills of leadership are now becoming pivotal to everyone's imagination of himself or herself as a professional. It is well-known fact that simply declaring yourself a leader will not induce anyone to follow you. The course of becoming a leader does not happen overnight. Bob Adams has had many opportunities to advance and carry out his leadership skills and those same skills have impacted his accomplishments. He is currently working as president of Adams Media Corporation, a $20 million dollar-a-year enterprise, and makes his home outside of Boston.
