LG mobile is known to have a wide variety of merchandise that the consumer can pick from hence endearing them to the consumer who is effectively able to pick the mobile phone of their choice depending on the features that they are looking for and the use they intend for the phone.

LG mobile should therefore take advantage of this client base and large distribution network that they have developed through the large range of mobile categories that they present to the clientele from both the upper-middle class and the upper class. They should intensely utilize the market available as they take note of the fast moving goods so as to ensure they keep them in circulation and at the same time empowering the slower brands.

The LG mobile should also strengthen the pricing strategy that they are already using of offering affordable prices to the consumer on their phones that are of good quality as well. This will continue to give them a competitive edge over other rivals like the Apple and Samsung that comes from the same country as LG.

The after sale service that is offered by LG mobile is also another strong point that LG has hence it should ensure that they diversify more on this trend and open more service centers so as to be able to cater for the ever growing LG mobile customer base and in effect maintaining that particular customer base and even expanding it further.

There are however a few areas that LG mobile needs to work on in terms of decision making in a bid to ensure that they continue to be the leading brand in their market. Due to lack of qualified technical operators for the highly complicated and technical machines in India in specific, LG mobile needs to make a decision of looking for qualified operators from other countries like North Korea so as to fill the gap there is in India.

The LG mobile should also strive to have better products that can be compared to bigger names in the industry like the Apple Inc. products. This will enable the company to cater for the select premium end of the market such that they are left with no option but to run to Apple products for such mobile phones. This premium end of the market product will give the LG mobile a global appeal and open more markets for their products as compared to the current situation where their products are only compared to Samsung which is also fro Korea.
