Majority rule with minority rights

Aspect of an inappropriate underlying between the majority rule and minority rights is unremarkably developed and has a compulsion of tenability. As always, minority rights suffer under majority rule.

However, minority rights are not necessarily implied by the dominance like majority. They know how to compromise and acceptance for a settlement is always because of government and people unlike majority but not on every matter as minority still holds their primary right. Both majority and minority are the central keys of liberate government. Majority rule completely fulfils the requirement of the political balance as it comes under the category of people who are delineated by the representatives as the majority is the one who votes for them. Than these representatives verbalizes for the majority to incarnate their wishes. (Brandi Davison, 2006).

The calamitous defect in the political system of United States is because of majority rule which is increasing day by day as democratic individuals. This offer suits the posture of United States Constitution but its law as a worldwide resolving problem is more in practice. In 1776, the majority rule did not had a major problem with the minorities in the country as the population of minority rights were less. Now days, population of majority has increased even more as mentioned above that they only elect the dominions within the country and because of this the minorities suffer by whatever decision is made by the government of the country. (Steve Lewis, 2007). For example "Outcome of X and Y is the outcome of the two majority winners on the two issues considered separately. But if the issues are considered together, we must examine majority preference over all pairs of outcomes. Outcome X and Y beat both X1, Y2 and X2, Y1 under majority rule. Both pairwise comparisons involve an outcome that differs with respect to only one issue and with respect to that issue X and X gives the more popular alternative. But it does not follow that X1 and X beats X2 and Y2 under majority rule." (Nicholas R. Miller, 1996). Today, population of the minority is more then or equal to 270 million, many of the citizens or the minorities are voteless as they do not speak in the government. Many of the minorities work under some lucky minority leaders but still they can't say anything under the power of their leaders and always struggling to persuade the majorities to agree with their needs. All laws and rules are written by the majority population but those rules and laws are not acceptable by the minorities but it doesn't matter for the majority group and because of this every year the circumstances get worse. Only a minority leader can commute the situation of America by decreasing the crime level. (Steve Lewis, 2007).
