Management
My product is a creative, critical individual with a strong educational background and a hard work ethic. There are a lot of people who have one or two of these traits, but I feel that my combination of these traits is something that sets me apart. If I am a product, then I am a premium product. My price and positioning will probably reflect that. There are still better products on the market, of that I don't doubt, but I have many different traits, each one of which would be attractive to an employer, and when combined these can be exceptionally powerful.
Selling the product is an important issue. As with any product, the key is to try to sell the product where it will fetch the highest price and have the highest demand. In this instance, there is only one unit, so we are not doing volume sales. We are simply trying to get the highest price for a one-of-a-kind product. To know where to sell the product, we need a target market. In this case, financial firms are a good bet for the target market, because of my training expertise, because there is good match between my skills and between the skills needed to succeed in that industry. Furthermore, one of the key characteristics of the ideal target market is the ability to pay.
