The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) carried out an internal investigation and found out that several security failures have happened in most nations busiest airports. The breaches in question have allowed investigators who were undercover to be able to smuggle fake explosives, weapons and other illegal imports in numerous of its checkpoints. The issue is very disturbing because the security of the nation has been shaken. Therefore, the DHS should proceed by making incremental changes in its screening procedures.
