Mind I may not be perfect, but I am comfortable and content in my own mind. Being comfortable with one's thoughts is the most important feature of inner peace. Struggling with thoughts brings about anxiety, unrest, and discontent. When we are able to accept feelings such as anger, resentment, self-pity, sadness, or discomfort, and allow those feelings to exist without judgment, we can become content and reach a state of mind that makes happiness and creativity possible.

Reaching the state of contentment with one's own mind and thoughts is not always easy. Sometimes it requires stepping outside the box, and acting, thinking, believing, and speaking in ways that are different from the norm. We need to express ourselves fully in the moment in order to be truly content. When we repress our thoughts and feelings, we create knots in our consciousness. What matters most is my attitude and mindset in the morning, because this mental state carries throughout the day.

If I meditate in the morning, it helps me to be more comfortable in my own mind and thoughts. Sometimes I need to express myself in unconventional ways, such as by singing instead of speaking or writing extensively in my blog. The power of creative self-expression cannot be underestimated. When we express ourselves creatively, we become the masters of our own destiny and leave a legacy behind us that is more important than the legacy of having children.

Having children is important for those who are drawn to parenthood, but it is more important to be content and satisfied on one's own than it is to pass on the expectations of greatness to the child. The truly creative person understands that breaking free from social expectations is essential for the deeper happiness and inner peace. My mind and thoughts can be my greatest enemies and my greatest friends. When I can harness the power of my mind, I feel I am capable of anything.

My positive thoughts create a.
