Many of the conditions that patients have are complex and require world class medical care. Other condition are psychological and more and more is being understood about conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and how it relates to military services. Despite all the challenges that the VA faces, it faces these challenges with a strong set of values.
