population support death sentences since they feel that it is the only way to ensure the safety of people, ethically many people feel that it is the only way for justice to be served when murders takes another person's life, and people who are religious feel that the death penalty was first established by God because it is found in the Bible and understood as His belief and that man should obey his commandments. In order to protect potential victims from being targets of violent crimes many commentators of capital punishment feel that keeping and enforcing the capital punishment is our judicial system's only way of guaranteeing the public's safety. B. In order to protect the people our government is set up to put the most cruelest, deranged, and dangerous of human beings behind bars for a sentencing that will ensure they stay behind bars where they belong so they cannot commit any more crimes. III. A.

Ethically, many people believe the only way that justice can be served is by sentencing murders to die because they are receiving the same exact punishment that they gave to their victims and it is only fair and just in many criminal acts. B.

Punishing killers with the ultimate punishment is what many spectators, officials, and citizens feel that the criminal can pay for what he or she has done to their victims and that sentencing murderers to the death penalty is observed for the most heinous of criminal activity committed. IV. A.

Lastly, for many people who are religious that believe in God and His Word, they feel that it was He who first commanded man to punish murderers by putting them to death because of the passages that are found throughout the Bible. B.

In the Bible, there are many messages from God and his Prophets that carry out his messages for Christians that anyone who murders another person shall be put to death, therefore, they support the death penalty and feel that anyone who kills another person out of cold blood deserves to die.
