¶ … objectivity with reference to the selection of the occupation is relevant element, and requires thorough evaluation and consideration prior to selection. The career oriented group and society has tremendous potential to lead and conquer in their respective assignments which require hardships, determination, struggle and genuine expertise in their departments of affiliation. The criticality of the professional life is based upon the disengagement observed by the candidates; therefore the professional supremacy is solely achievable through consistent and sustainable efforts (Robert, 2003). The career orientation was previously considered void and was highly ignored and discouraged by the society but with the passage of time it was realize that professional competency was the only gradient through which the chances of growth, development and progress were visible and positive. The professional competency is not achieved through training or tutorials, there are certain inbuilt characteristics within the humans which encourage and motivate the personal aptitude of the individuals towards the understanding of the profession and occupation which better suit them in terms of adaptability, progression, with prosperous outcomes. The professional activities have expanded, and series of occupations have emerged with special emphasis on particular area of interest (Madonna, 2005). The expansion of the professional spectrum has made it different for the seekers to confine the spectrum for better translation, and the interpretation is achievable either through continuous understanding of the developments taking place in the surrounding. Previously the individuals who are career oriented were mocked by their associates but sooner it was realize that the career oriented individuals were quick in the selection of their respective responsibilities and applications within domain of their profession.
Automobile Engineer
The automobile industry experienced rapid surge and expansion soon after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the collapse of USSR was an opportunity for the car manufacturing industries to approach and contact the different divisions of the disintegrated market. The market share of the automobile companies was already expecting a phenomenal rise due to the expansion of the economy. Once there was unprecedented float of the automobile manufacturing companies in different parts of the world in particular Japan, China and European Union countries, the automobile companies realized that they need to introduce certain modalities into their production units for local and international focus and acceptance. The reforms and amendments expected were less to do with mechanical operation of the vehicle, and were based on the design and materials of the vehicle, followed by the minimal fuel consumption of the vehicle followed by reliability of service. In this regard, a particular profession emerged with special emphasis on the mechanism of the automobiles, and the thorough evaluation of their parts, material composition and designs (Robert, 2003). The profession of automobile engineering therefore has much to offer to the fashionable world, which has developed strong enthusiasm, and personal interests towards the automobile. The responsibilities of the automobile engineering are variant, and the task is not solely based on the modification towards safe driving, but it is the responsibility of the automobile engineer to ensure that the fuel consumption is nominal, keeping in view the scarcity of the fuel resources and the rising fuel costs. The engineer has the task to evaluate the design of the automobile, and has the responsibility to recommend and introduce certain reforms which can reduce the drag experience by the automobile; a minute reduction in the drag force is expected to reduce the fuel consumption, which will optimize the performance and efficiency of the vehicle.
Architect
The architecture is considered to be the job of complexity, and the nature of complexity is not fixed or detrimental, the responsibility of the qualified professional is to incorporate artistic and cultural fervor into the construction work, and assure the purging of the ambiguities in order to avoid any backlash from particular ethnic, cultural and asocial division which might consider the art piece of the architect as repugnant to their respective norms (Madonna, 2005). The architecture is the task which requires objectivity, brevity, innovation and creativity beside improved imagination skills. The architect is a kind of professional who has to establish a need for the society so that their concepts were well endorsed by the society at large, the work piece has to be necessarily well interpreted by the architects to the public, and if the task is difficult for execution, the design of the construction model has to be such that the general public can easily comprehend the idea behind the design of the building, rather then getting confused or strange towards the concept of the design. The architect is responsible for the proper conveyance of his approach to the public, and the work piece can never be justified and appreciated if it mystifies the public. The contribution of the architect is towards the community at large, and the nature of contribution is focused on the deliverance and recollection of the cultural, social and religious essence. With the passage of time the professional aim of the architect has been revised, and the contemporary architect is regarded as the high-tech architect whose designs have much to do with technological and fashion trends, therefore all across the world such designs are being constructed which are expected to deliver nuisance to the general public at large, but will have definite interpretation for the restricted group among the public (Madonna, 2005).
Similarities
The comparison between the automobile engineer and architect has lesser to do with the technology and has much to do with offering comfort to the targeted customer, neither all the cars are designed specifically for the public usage nor buildings are created for the public at large, both the occupation target and emphasis over acquiring the interests and confidence of their respective customer without any predominant complain or regret from the public at large. The occupation of architect and automobile engineer require consistent hard work and dedication, and without assimilation of both the professions into their respective the work, the productive results are difficult to be drawn. Previously, the architects were mainly involved in the design of the towers or buildings without performing due diligence report on the feasibility of the project, similarly the automobile engineers were not initially bothered or requested to ensure the safety of the design, rather major emphasis was on the shape, material expenditure of the vehicle, however with the passage of time the importance of safety of the passengers and dwellers was realized, and members of both the profession were requested to ensure the safety compliance. Keeping in view the safety effectiveness of their respective design, the professionals of both the department underwent transient state which can be considered as the state of confusion or experimentation, where the professionals of both the sides were strange to the factors which guarantee safety, however for the professionals of both the teams it was primarily the difficult task to determine the factors which contributed towards the safety. The major stress of both the profession has been over the usage of latest concepts either technological or psychological for the enhancement of their design which can affluently contribute towards the reliability of their design and proposals. The mother of all the similarities between both the professions is that their contribution is only relevant to the level of design and the implementation of their design is yet another task which is taken over by competent authorities of the respective departments (Alan, 1997).
