¶ … Old and young alike, holding tremendous excitement and thrill in its essence. I for one feel that Disneyland has been the most popular business ever since. Cartoon characters created by Disney are known all over the world. With tourist rate more than any other park around the world, Disneyland provides amusement and festivity beyond expectations. Disneyland have higher attendance than their competitors thus proving to be one of the biggest American achievements. Entertainment like Disneyland was not active and no one was much aware of this bustling entertainment coming in town, which along with it's colorful rides and well kept parks, brought various opportunities of business and exchange.

Now that Disney Land has lost its attendance exorbitantly, new ideas of attracting the masses has become an absolute compulsion, making the business even more entertaining for the employees at Disneyland.
Therefore if I were given an opportunity to contribute my share in any business, it would be the gladdening world of Disneyland. This is because of the spirited ambience that it offers. The company keep those who work for it involved, yet giving a large percentage of the appreciation from customers to the employee; to let his/her imagination free, to try different levels of safe amusement creations and grow internally as well as externally.

In my opinion, what needs to be done is to change the business strategy and add something with a difference to magnetize and entice the masses. This approach may not be very cumbersome since Disneyland has already sealed its niche…
