In today's technology, it is important that data sent via the computer are safe and free from elements that can destroy them. This is especially critical on the transfer of confidential and important data. One of the elements to achieve data safety is the use of anti-virus software products.

The customer expectations in anti-virus solutions seem that they are not yet met by the industry due to the increasing data security problems that still exist especially in the use of the Internet. Although organizations in the industry are developing a great number of anti-virus solutions, the satisfaction to customers are not yet enough to say that the anti-virus industry is successful in its goals.
