The main aim of the paper is to highlight the change management strategy that is to be adopted in the billing and purchasing department of the organization. With a great diversity in the employees, change implementation is more of a challenge. Removing cash books and ledgers from the desks of the departments and replacing them with rather more efficient and fast software is the change. Challenges that are to be faced by the employees in accepting a rather technological change and challenges that are to be faced by the change management of the department are the most important aspects.

89). This paper will highlight some of the main challenges that are being faced by the accounts and finance department of my organization. Some of the main methods that usually take place within the mentioned department include purchases and invoices. However, these days since many years the methods used for these operations are still the old one. On a number of occasions, it has been noticed that these methods cause a great confusion and great errors in the billing procedures (Creswell, 2002, p. 34). Hence, there is a need that the procedures are changed. Newer methods are adopted by the help of which finance-based procedures can be handled in a better and must more efficient manner. One of the main changes that are to be introduced in this case is the new software. This software is a reflection of the many advanced technologies being used by a number of organizations for better purchasing and invoicing. The new software will make sure that the billing and purchasing methods are accurate thereby there are no errors in the finance-based procedures that were leading to many errors in the past.
