Organizing includes many different aspects of management including dividing and assigning certain tasks for individuals, determining who will be responsible for these tasks and who will look after the operations of conducting these tasks. Coordinating this information into a comprehensive language for those within any environment to understand, disseminate and radiate this information towards others for mutual benefit and progressive understanding.

Before examining Ford Motor Company's organization traits, it is essentially important to understand some background information about this company. Ford Motor Company is over a century old and is one of the most prominent, prolific, long-lasting and successful enterprises since the age of industrialization began sometime ago. Ford automobiles are a staple on the roads and highways of America, and the presence of Ford motors globally is strong as well. The company's history accompanies that of America's history, signified by the ups and downs of the overall economy and, in the specific, the auto industry. Demand for the new technology Ford has produced has created a new understanding of the capabilities of the American car industry. Ford claims such technologies as improved safety features and remodeled gas efficiency features have sustain this growth in recent times. Only five short years ago this giant company was facing dire consequences and asking the government for bailout money to sustain its operations. Things are much better today. The lesson learned here should include how identifying trends, and then subsequently organizing the technological resources of your agency towards these market trends, will provide ample growth and renewed economic interests within any given agency and therefore demonstrating the power and influence management has within its organizational capabilities.
