Organizational Information System Information System Essay

My role as an expert user of information systems in organizational IS will involve evaluating the user needs as well as the system functionality. I also make sure that the Information Communication Technology (ICT) facilities meet the required needs in the organization. My other role will include scheduling the upgrades and the security backups of both the hardware and for software systems. As an expert user of IS, I try to manage the crisis situations involving various complex hardware and software technical, trying to keep the updates of latest technologies changes and providing the users with an appropriate support and advice. My other roles include researching on the IS and installing the new systems available, while ensuring the data security coming from the internal or an external attack. Most companies are today shifting to adopt the new technology so as to remain more competitive in developing business environments and this is actually where the use of Information Systems comes into play. The aspects of IS that are important to know are its components which includes hardware, software, data and telecommunication. These components can help in bettering the systems of communication within an organization.
