When you are controlling the movement of personnel, it is essential that there are separate facilities for employees to enter / exit the cargo area. At the same time, you must have separate facilities for customers / suppliers, to securely pick up the items that are being received / shipped. This is significant, because when you can separate the two, you can limit the number of personal working in the cargo area, while ensuring that there is a way for the public to receive the goods they are shipping.
