How did you feel about the role of learning and its importance to your personal growth and development?

A entered the University program because I highly value education. Although I had already finished a bachelor's degree which can be enough to get a job and work as a professional, there was a desire in me wanting to improve myself more, both in terms of professional and personal development. I felt that learning is a never-ending process and that entering a University program is a part of that process that I can help me in my personal and professional development.

Learning to me plays a very important role in my personal and professional growth and development because I believe that to be able to achieve growth and development, one need to encounter new knowledge and experiences. The learning we acquire from such new knowledge, as well as from the lessons provided by our experiences, are among the important contributors to our growth and development.

What was your level of professional competence in problem solving, written and oral communication skills, information retrieval and utilization, and collaboration?

Before I entered the University program, my professional competence in problem solving, written and oral communication skills, information retrieval and utilization, and collaboration, are just of average level. In terms of problem solving, I have the capability to think of solutions. However, the efficiency level of my solutions then requires improvement and I cannot consider most of which as the best solutions. In terms of written and oral communication skills, I did not have any problem. I have the skills in writing and communicating with my clients and customers. For instance, I know several strategies on how to win clients' trust. However, because my knowledge and skills in my field of profession, before I entered the University program, were not enough and were not in the advanced level yet, I had my share of experience in having problems communicating good solutions to clients.

What were your career goals?

Even before I started the University program, I already have a specific career goal in mind. That is, to establish a business of my own, turn the business into a successful one, and perhaps make it a global business and establish offices worldwide. Of course, before being able to achieve this goal, I have other goals which are all necessary in reaching my main aspiration of having a successful global business. One of which is to further my knowledge and skills in my field of study by entering the University program. From this, I hoped to learn new things that can help me make my dreams come true. While furthering my study and operating the business that I had already established, another goal of mine, and also a factor to make my business a success, is to have an organization of satisfied people, both employees and customers. I believe that people who are happy and satisfied with what they are doing are important ingredients in the recipe of a successful organization. Such can result to excellent job performance which then creates customers who are satisfied with the company's service.

Now that you have completed your program of study, how do you feel about the role of lifelong learning and its importance to your personal growth and development?

I believe that improvement is a key to success in anything we do or we aim to achieve, either for our personal growth or for our professional development. and, to be able to achieve improvement requires new learning. If an individual submits to a lifelong learning, he can potentially gain a continuous personal or professional growth and development. Therefore, lifelong learning is important to personal growth and professional development because it supports humans in achieving their goals. Lifelong learning is integral to change or improvement. As indicated by the International Labor

Organization Online, on a conclusion about lifelong learning,

Learning, the application of knowledge, competences and skills acquired, and their transmission through the teaching and learning process, are basic human needs, integral components of the human right to education. The structural changes our societies and economies are undergoing require the permanent renewal and use of knowledge, skills and learning abilities. Shaping and managing change mandates lifelong learning; it is essential to everyone, and must be available to all. It is a vital issue for social cohesion and sustainable development of human societies."

What are your personal, professional, and educational goals for the next five years?

Professionally, my goal for the next five years is to build more improvement for my Prepaid Phone card company. As of now, we have five offices in three states. I am aiming to establish more offices in other states to be able to cater to the needs of the Americans in this digital age. Moreover, I am also planning to add other products in the business, most of which will focus on telecommunication products such as mobile phones and telecommunication accessories. Of course, included in my professional goal for the next five years is the welfare of my employees. I want them to experience the best working condition and environment in my company. I am planning to implement different benefits for the employees and create work policies that can meet both the company's and employees' needs.

Educationally, in the next five years, my goal is to continuously acquire new learning that can be beneficial for my personal and professional growth. I am hoping to attend a PhD program for more advanced knowledge in business and marketing. or, if not, I would like to attend another University program related to business and marketing so that I can improve other areas of management in my company. I also look forward to attending business seminars because from there, I believe I can also learn new things from businessmen like me.

Finally, my personal goal in the next five years is to provide more to my family. This is my chance to return to them all the good things and favors that they have done and given to me. I cannot possibly achieve all the things that I have achieved without their love, full support, and belief in my capabilities. That's why I would like to share to them all the success and achievements I may have in the future.
