It is the job of the trainer to provide information, methods, and guidance that allows the client to enhance his or her appearance, as well as leaving with techniques and information that will allow clients the chance to continue their healthier lifestyles. Activities like this one ensure that I will gain the necessary knowledge that will allow me to be an effective and efficient personal trainer. This assignment has also allowed an opportunity to see how intricate an intensive training schedule can actually be, as well as the amount of work that such a schedule has on the individual. Dedication is not something to be taken for granted. This assignment as well as others has also afforded an opportunity to question why things are effective, what makes one method more effective than another as well as what to look for that can indicate something being done right as well as when something is being done wrong. This knowledge insures the personal trainer's safety as well as the individual(s) being trained.
