In the vast majority of cases, this is entirely possible and practical even if it is hard for some people to avoid passing judgment. Social workers and people in other fields such as healthcare and the like have to commit to this ideology much more so than others as the likelihood that they will run into patients or clients of differing cultures or belief structures is likely. However, those workers need to realize that faith, culture and so forth is the choice and freedom of the people involved so long as no abuse is being rendered or other laws are being broken.
