Education is important aspect and activity which has to be conveyed in an appropriate manner to ensure that the children secure and achieve credible and concrete understanding of the process and topic. It is important for the instructor and the school authority to ensure that the organization should fixed sufficient amount of resources in terms of finances and manpower to develop and broaden the horizon of the adopted teaching methodology, there is a need to consistent research in this sector, it is due to the fact that with the passage of time, and evolution of the technology, the mental frame of the learning child has enlarged, and the child of the present era is able to assimilate much of the leanings and teachings, as compare with the potential of the child of past. The student of the present era is more clever and thoughtful about the occurrence around him or her, the approach and the analytical and critical evaluation of the child has further developed, and this is the reason why we observe that the child of the present era is more adaptable. It is therefore important for the educational authorities to ensure continuity of research based activities. The research work will thoroughly assist the teachers, and help them in the selection of appropriate activities so that the students can be taught in effective and efficient manner, and at parallel, the adopted methodology will also nurture the understanding and skills of the student. (Deming's 14 Points of Management)
It is important for the teachers to adopt certain teaching techniques that will develop and encourage the participation of the student. It has been observed that the student is more interested in physical activities and does not concentrate properly towards the indoor events i.e. mainly teaching period. It has been therefore recommended that the teaching environment should be changed, and students should be provided with different options and choices so as to determine their study place. The physical environment is important parameter, and it is therefore important that the student's consent should be sought before start of proceedings. Normally, there is another approach i.e. impose things and subjects on the students, of course, students can not be offered the right to choose his or her subjects, but he or she should be offered with variety, so as to ensure the development of their respective interest. University Publications. pp.254)
It is also important for the teacher to take concrete measures to achieve the transformation of goals and thoughts. It has been experienced that students express their dislike towards the repeated practices, and sought changes. On the other hand it is difficult to impart changes after certain interval, however if for a teacher it gets difficult to impart change, the teacher should introduce certain other relevant activities in accordance with the interest of the children. (John R. Meyer, Brian Burnham, John Cholvat. Values education: theory, practice, problems, prospects. 1979. Longman. pp.54)
Normally students express their dislike towards subjects of languages, and teachers certainly have to impart the grammatical aspects of language, which is itself a very dry and boring subjects, but if the teacher brings in relevant activities i.e. If the teacher plays certain movies i.e. animated, there is a possibility of not only improving the skills of the children, and but develop their interest in the class. (Margot Kaplan-Sanoff, Renee Yablans. Exploring Early Childhood: readings in theory and practice. 1963. Collier Macmillan. pp.63)
According to Aristotle, it is equally important that the teachers should develop clear philosophy of life. This is itself a difficult subject, and it turns extremely difficult to teach and develop the understanding of the students towards such topics, however, it is possible to make students realize the significance of the ethical and moral values, and this can be done by highlighting the personal experience of the children, and teach and assist them in their dealings with their parents and elders in the family. This task can be performed with the support of animated movies. The teacher can introduce a certain character within the documentary, and seek the participation of the students for understanding of the traits and behavior of the particular character, and at the end of the day; the teacher can relate those traits with the essence of moral and ethical values. (Aristotle: (http://www.infed.org/thinkers/et-arist.htm)
It is also important that the rights of the teachers are protected, and this can be achieved only if the teachers under their limited capacity are able to make and understand the students their importance and significance, not only within the premises of the school, but also in the society. This is an important aspect that has to be handled and treated with due diligence, because unless the teacher is successful in making their students respect them, it will be difficult to communicate and teach the students, otherwise.
