What resources are available right now, how will you fund the business etc. Do you need investors, is there any initial capital, is this business necessary in today's market, and is there a niche for the prospective business. How long will it take before the business is making a positive cash flow, do you have a building etc. These are all necessary aspects of business planning that consider.
