HYPOTHESIS
Hospitals and health care units in California are impacted by higher costs because of unpaid medical bills. Primarily, these bills are from patients who are illegal immigrants.
RESEARCH PROPOSAL (I)
The article will aim at providing the causal relationships between the increasing health costs and cost impacts on hospitals and the illegal aliens.
The paper will show how the increasing number of illegal immigrants has a positive correlation with the increasing costs for hospitals.
