The abstract, however, does not contain the research questions, and methodology of the study. The data analysis, results and conclusions made from the study are mentioned in the abstract.
The authors do not mention or include a reference to the research study using a format that is consistent with APA guidelines. Additionally, the authors do not mention the problem that is addressed within the study which is because the study does not address any problem rather it is trying to find out new information regarding Facebook usage and formation and maintenance of social capital. On the other hand, the authors do mention the central purpose of the study which is that of examining the relationship between Facebook usage and the formation and maintenance of social capital.
