¶ … Wilson Bank, customers are our first priority. We try to do whatever we can to meet your personal needs. Where many larger institutions have cut back on their services or are charging fees for them, we now provide the same free services that our customers have grow to expect.
One of these services is sending cancelled checks with each monthly statement. Recently, we implemented a new system in order to continue this service. After receiving a few phone calls from customers, we found out that some statements did not include all their cancelled checks. When we followed up on this issue, we discovered several more that did not get bundled, including yours.
Please find enclosed your cancelled check(s). We regret that this problem occurred and any inconvenience it may have caused you. Now that we know that this can happen, we have taken steps to rectify the situation.
We appreciate your continuing confidence in Wilson Bank, and that you feel comfortable contacting us whenever you have a question or concern. We pride ourselves on being personable and available for you.
Thank you for your understanding,
Dear (name):
We hope you have found your learning experience at State University a positive and enriching one and are in the process of making plans for your post-graduation career direction.
When you registered for school, we asked you to fill out an application one semester before you plan on graduating. We have reviewed your courses and credits and find that you still need (number of) hours in (general/major) hours in order to complete your graduate requirements.
Please review the student catalog to see what courses are available that best fit your time and commitment requirements and let us know what you have decided, so we can update your files.
As always, if you have any questions, please contact our office, and we can quickly respond to your needs. In advance, may we say, "Congratulations!" On your upcoming graduation and wish you the best in your future years. Please keep in touch. We have many alumni activities, which you are sure to enjoy with fellow graduating students.
Cordially,
Dear Mrs. Livingstone:
Thank you for your letter regarding the duplication of union newspapers to you and your husband. As you know, we all do whatever we can to keep the costs for the union as low as possible. As editor of the newspaper, I continually look for ways to either reduce or maintain costs. With the price of paper and printing always on the rise, this is not easy always easy.
Sometimes what appears to be a more costly approach may, in fact, be the most efficient way to proceed. Two years ago, I investigated what it would take to eliminate these duplicate copies for couples who both work for the state. Ironically, I found that the options for this would not be beneficial for the bottom line.
