Abstract

As we all know, the ADDIE model is five different methods used in conjunction with an instructional unit to teach. It is comprised of analysis, evaluation, design, development, and implementation. The 5 project management is comprised of 5 essential steps. They are: initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close.

Initiating Process Group:

Project objectives are as follows:

Oversee the development of an online course from an existing paper curriculum.

Scope: The range of people will be a programmer for the coding needed and tech support, the instructor who will teach the class, the students who will take the course, and the overseer who will manage things.

Planning Process Group:

Core planning processes:

Create a scope plan managing the deliverables like schedule development, cost budgeting, and resource planning

Devise the budget and gather the limit spent on this project.

Facilitating processes:

Identify the risk of implementing projects. IE. High student turn over rate or not enough seats filled.

2. Hire staff that will implement methods necessary to fulfill the objective.

Executing Process Group:

1. Solicit the information of the class from the school and the instructor

2. Ask which time he/she is available.

3. Schedule availability accordingly.

4. Staff begins work on the website/webpage.

5. Balance the budget on a weekly basis to see how much it costs to run the server

6. Purchase necessary software.

Monitoring and Controlling Process Group:

1 Scope baseline

2 Requirements documentation: Any licensing and provide receipts for purchases

3 Teaming agreements: Contracts made for employees

4 Risk register: Low student application

5 Risk-related contract decisions: Personal injury and/or sick days

6 Activity resource requirements: List and create suitable lesson plans for online course

7 Project schedule: Intent for once weekly classes

Closing:

Contract closeout and administrative closure which means the contract and project is accepted and staff is paid; as well as the compiling of lessons for future use and recording staff data, again for future use.

Create a formal DML that people can use to plan and execute the information contained within the DML to further progress in the project of managing their approved applications, licenses, documentation for online purposes and efficiency. Effectively implement data storage and computer updates.

Initiating Process Group:

Project objectives are as follows:

1. Manage the organizations workload in terms of approved paperwork.

Environment scope: What areas of the service development lifecycle will use the DML?

This may include development, test, and production.

Planning Process Group:

Core planning processes:

1. Develop a schedule for the library staff and interns to manage all of the approved documents in a time frame that won't affect service for the people who go to the library daily.

2. Develop a filing system on the computer and a physical filing system to put everything in its place.

3. Plan the teams of people and shifts as well.

Facilitating processes:

1. Identify the risk of people not cooperating with each other.

2. Analyze environment for stress and in-competencies, accommodate.

Executing Process Group:

1. Give set schedule

2. Notify staff of teams and who they will be working with.

3. Check all the information in the DML needed to file everything

4. Buy necessary storage for the files to be stored

5. Checking on the development of online storage as well.

Monitoring and Controlling Process Group:

1. Monitoring the output of the workers through surveillance cameras and logs.

2. Check to see if the teams are getting along, IE social monitoring.

Closing: Finally, with the project's success comes a new way to file and store the approved paperwork both physically and on the computer. I will record all data that arise from emergency situations or problematic situations for future use.

Introduce the organization to a set of practices for it service management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning it services with the needs of businesses. Implement social monitoring along with balance budgeting to create an effective work environment. Measuring it organization effectiveness and efficiency. Optimizing costs and the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Project objectives are as follows: Key to the collection, analysis, production and distribution of information within an organization

Scope:

1.Programmers for tech support

2. Instruction of the benefits and costs of having it services available.

Planning Process Group:

Core planning processes:

1. Scope planning

2. Schedule development

3. Cost budgeting, and resource planning

Facilitating processes:

1. Locate competent programmers and computer specialist

2. Concern and the risk is waste of resources due to the organization's possible rejection of project.
