¶ … progress of call center employees at the TI Company who have been selected for work on the Glo project. These agents have been selected to match potential employees with relevant employers. These employees will also mainly focus on sales jobs in favor of any other functions. The duration of the project will be four months, from 1 September until 31 October. The following five agents were selected for the project:

Layla Hamdan
These agents will work under the supervision of Mrs. Faten Js. At this stage, the progress report covers the first three days of September.

01/09/2013 Induction presentation: By Jamal khan
The presentation was held to introduce the Glo business concept. This was followed by an explanation of the main work and tasks involved for selected agents. The objectives and targets of the work were explained and the humanity aspect of the work was used as a motivating factor. They would help potential employees find work while also assisting employers to find the best candidates. An introduction was provided to the skills they would need for performing their work, including filtering and selecting acceptable CVs, contacting candidates by phone, and arranging interviews.
02/09/2013 Training
More intensive training was provided by three expert employees from Glo. They provided detailed training in all the process aspects of the work to be performed. Trainer Hala provided Workflow Training, while Trainer Hayat offered training in the phone screening process, including techniques and questions to ask candidates (The fuction ad work processes will be attached).
03/09/2013 Training
Training continued with Trainer Somaya, who provided information on using the Access system to enter CV details provided by candidates.
This session also included a practice session, during which trainees practiced their newly acquired skills, including filtering CVs, feeding candidate information into the system, and phone screening.
The main objective for the appointed agents includes identifying 10 potential candidates per day (constituting a Daily Measurement), as well as to measure the number of identified candidates who were successfully recruited within a monthly period (constituting a Monthly Measurement).
