In order to promote higher level of literacy and human capital, it is vital for the federal government to invest in education. This would initiative technological knowhow, which is significant for the development of the contemporary economy. Education is an indicator of development thus must feature significantly in the budget allocation criteria. The other prominent portion of the budget allocation emphasizes on the infrastructures. As a nation aiming to further its developmental status, it is ideal to focus on infrastructural growth. This would facilitate movement of resources within industries.
