Psychodynamic Approach The Authentic Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire was absorbing to fill, but the scoring showed that the self-awareness and internalized moral perspective scores were a high of 16. Those of balanced processing and relational transparency were a score of 14 and 12 respectively, which is low. The questions were direct, but some were confusing and demanded one to reflect more closely on one's leadership styles.

For the Team Excellence and Collaborative Team Leader Questionnaire, the first seven questions related to team excellence and while answering the questions, I was able to polish my weak areas through the whole process. Thereby, I am more determined that the next group project I undertake, I am going to incorporate all the questions raised and ensure that the group is well aware of their objective.

Moreover, for the other part of the questionnaire, I added more knowledge towards attaining consistency and empowering team members to move their teams to organizational goals and objectives. Therefore, the experience of the questionnaire has helped in addressing enormous complex questions involved when one is making teams more efficient. The experiences of both these surveys have given me more knowledge and understanding of how teams work. Moreover, it has showed the importance of being a leader who looks at the needs of the organization and employees.

From the above description of the scores obtained from the questionnaire, it is evident that in agreement with Carl Jung's four dimensions of personality, I am more of an extrovert and thinker. I tend to derive energy from the external environment, and rational when it comes to making decisions. I consider myself as a sound sensor; this has helped me come out of stressful situations in company problems. For the judgemental and perceptive personality, I am either of both because my scores are 4 and three respectively.

It shows that I can either be any of them. It looks like my preference goes both ways of living in an organization or in a way that is spontaneous. Under Sigmund Freud, I am more of a productive type of leader. Therefore, the psychodynamic approach survey elaborates that I am more of an ESFP because my values are more concerned with values such as realism and cooperation. As such, with this era of globalization then my appearance depicts an individual who is energetic, inquisitive, encouraging, flexible, synergetic and pragmatic.

Thus, this preference best fits my personality and hence, it stands the test of time when it concerns strengths and weaknesses of any given leader and followers (Huggler, 2012). When answering the questionnaire, I was surprised that I am more of a feeler and not thinker. Furthermore, I saw myself as being an ESTP type with competition and efficiency as fundamental values. Therefore, my appearance would be that of (an active, pragmatic, incisive, demanding, capable, concrete and proficient) competent individual.

The ESFP characteristic has influenced my psychodynamic approach of leader and follower positively because I strive to do my best in my ascribed field as a leader. Moreover, an individual's characteristics are deeply ingrained, and the key to changing them is to.
