From the above description of the scores obtained from the questionnaire, it is evident that in agreement with Carl Jung's four dimensions of personality, I am more of an extrovert and thinker. I tend to derive energy from the external environment, and rational when it comes to making decisions. I consider myself as a sound sensor; this has helped me come out of stressful situations in company problems. For the judgemental and perceptive personality, I am either of both because my scores are 4 and three respectively. It shows that I can either be any of them. It looks like my preference goes both ways of living in an organization or in a way that is spontaneous. Under Sigmund Freud, I am more of a productive type of leader. Therefore, the psychodynamic approach survey elaborates that I am more of an ESFP because my values are more concerned with values such as realism and cooperation.
