Reason for Me to Chose MBA and Background

¶ … application/admission. There are several qualities that should be present in an MBA candidate. A person should be clear in their desire to be a candidate because the expense is high, but well worth the effort. MY DESIRE TO BE AN MBA CANDIDATE My desire to be an MBA candidate is based on my work experience and my ability to be able to promote myself in achieving the best that I can be. It is my desire to be able to learn more about business across many different disciplines.

I have accomplished a lot in my work history, but I want to be able to achieve more. Having my MBA degree will help me to promote myself even better in the business world. I have accomplished a lot in my professional work field. It is my desire to obtain my MBA so I can further promote my marketing abilities for the employment that I desire.

I want to be able to obtain employment as a manager of engineering that will allow me to utilize my professional knowledge and experience at an aggressively growing company. The ideal position to me would involve participation in all stages of product development and opportunity to benefit/contribute to a company. I have several professional skills that combined with my MBA would allow me to reach my goals for myself. I have extensive experience in new product development and the reengineering of several existing models.

I have a strong skill in preparation of 2-D and 3-D solid drawings for assemble, fixtures, and other equipment using Unigraphics, AutoCAD, or CAD Key. I have past experience in programming CNC equipment for sheet metal fabrication as well as extensive knowledge of EIA, OSHA, ISO, and NSF standards. My work experience has been positive with the ability to achieve an increase in productivity of manufacturing by reorganizing operational procedure and changing allocation of the personnel.

I have implemented new file management system and reduced the time required for product development by implementing networking and team approach. My work experience combined with an MBA degree will allow me to reach the goals that I have set for myself in the next five years. I have researched the MBA program and realize this will benefit me in obtaining the goals that I have set for the future. It will be worth the costs and expenses in moving forward in the company where I desire to obtain employment.

My positive qualities are that I can be counted on when there are problems in a system. I can reorganize and pull a company forward in production as shown by my work experience. I am confident that I can achieve high grades in the MBA program as shown by my previous transcripts at State University at [college] and at [college]at Almaty, Kazakhstan (former USSR). My grade point average was a high 3.4.

Looking back on my career achievement, I realize that what has motivated me is the ability to face challenges and achieve at solving them. I feel that one thing that has helped me with this is the implementing of networks. Behind every good worker is a networking team. This will be true in obtaining an MBA degree.
