The location of the entrance is therefore unacceptable. Even more unacceptable are the conditions at this entrance. It is unpleasant, unhygienic and dangerous. Physically disabled people are in even greater danger in terms of crime and other social hazards that may befall them in the unpleasant alley where the entrance is. Such a location is often home not only to odors and illness, but also to unsavory social elements. Instead, the hotel should ensure the safety of all their guests in an equal and honorable fashion. The front entrance should therefore be adjusted to accommodate wheelchairs, so that disabled persons can enjoy the same safety and hygiene as other hotel guests.

5. The football stadium needs many adjustments to accommodate physically disabled people. Obviously no thought has been given to providing these persons with the same comfort and access as the able bodied. Disabled toilet facilities are a vital component of this. To ensure optimal enjoyment, chairs at a better location, and with greater accessibility, should be provided. It is also not fair that disabled persons do not have access to the food and drink stalls. This can be adjusted by installing more food stalls at locations close to the seats provided to the physically disabled. Disabled persons have the right to enjoy goods and services on the same level as others. Adjustments should therefore be made with this right in mind.
