Safety is a term used to refer to prevention of an occurrence of risk that might cause damage, either severe or mild. It also refers to the precautions taken to reduce the risk of death, injury, property damage or hazards that might accrue during the performance of activities. Safety measures include fire safety, health safety, building safety, road safety, food safety, workplace safety, which individuals insure.
