Masters prepared nurses also have negotiating skills as leaders.as a leader masters prepared nurses should be bale to direct, facilitate, negotiate and supervise individuals within their groups in order for them to achieve common goals. They have to ensure that they work towards bringing positive changes within individuals as well as the healthcare system. They are responsible for helping and directing the profession at the same time impart policies. All these can only be achieve by a leader who has excellent negotiating skills (Peeks, 2009).

There are some things that can prove a bit difficult to attain. A master's prepared nurse is therefore equipped with negotiating skills that help them to make sure that they overcome any barrier that might present itself in their way of achieving their goals. They have to be quite convincing in order for them to achieve their goals.
