Abstract

This order presents a sample of a routine email and a goodwill email. The routine e-mail has a subject that is brief and clear. The importance of the training is to help improve on the company's productivity. The training will involve proper use of the internet by employees, importance of courtesy and respect among employees, and the efficient use of office equipment. The training has been organized by the company's chief executive officer. Please note that all members of staff are invited to take place in the training process.

The training will be conducted by an independent training company known as Luis Company. The main conference centre will be the venue for the training which is set to start from 9:00 A.M 0n June 2. All staff members have been requested to come with writing materials on that day.

Members of staff should confirm their attendance for the training before May 30, so as to allow for proper arrangements. The Independent training company provides an excellent opportunity for companies to improve their profits and create a perfect environment for all workers. I hope all employees will attend this training.

For the last three years, the company has renewed its efforts so as to improve on the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. As we all know, our company has suffered great losses in the past years. I am pleased to announce to you that the company's profits have increased thanks to all employees.

The company's chief executive officer thanks all workers for their efforts that have enabled the company to recover financially. The marketing and sales strategy employed to target customers turned out to be outstanding.

As a goodwill gesture, the management will be hosting a special dinner for all employees on May 30, 2012 at 7pm at the Hostess hotel. I hope this will help build a good relationship between the management and employees and to lift your working morale.
