4. Discuss any concerns you have with the new staffing plan.

The biggest concern of all is making sure there is enough staff to keep the business running smoothly on a regular basis. This makes it to where they will have to ask around to keep the company going or to have management fill in themselves. According to Scheduling Software (2011), this is an ongoing conflict. Since this fireworks company is new, this could easily become an issue because of people are not satisfied; consequently, they will choose to make excuses to not show up or to play sick in this process. For a new organization, they may have high expectations that are too unrealistic, and this may deter people for wanting to work for the firm as well (Scheduling Software, 2011).

They will need to consider person-fit with the organization as well. This is because of the person does not fit the company upon hire. When this happens, one does not feel as if they "belong" in the company, and will make every excuse possible to not do their work well. Their attitude may have a means in which to becoming negative quickly, instead of trying to remain positive (Scheduling Software, 2011).

However, the individual should provide a two weeks notice, if at all possible. Regardless, these are suggestions and concners with scheduling issues that will arise with "Red, White and Blue Fireworks." In the end, despite the difficulty, everyone will benefit because of how much hard work both parties initiate to management and to keep up with the demand of it as an employee (Scheduling Software, 2011).
