School District Essential Elements Of Term Paper

Probationary employees will thus be monitored more stringently than other personnel during the first 3-6 months of their tenure, to ensure compliance with District's goals and objectives. Full term members will be afforded one verbal warning the first time a disciplinary measure is warranted. A verbal warning will therefore precede any formal disciplinary hearings or measures.

If the term employee has had one verbal warning and repeats an offense, they will next be given written notice which will include a recommendation for disciplinary action. The written notice will be a permanent record maintained in the individuals employee file for future reference. Included with the written warning may be a recommendation for corrective measures to improve employee performance and recommendation for suspension where appropriate.

The written notice must consist of several critical components including the following: (1) statement of the offense, (2) employee name and District name, (3) statement of the disciplinary action proposed and the duration for which it will be in effect, (4) a copy of any regulations or district rules that have been violated in the case examined (Lemon, 2004).

The written notice should also include a statement by the person reviewing the individual being disciplined that affirms that the information contained in the notice is accurate and supported by factual information. The person being disciplined will be afforded the opportunity to sign the document and receive a copy of the document.

In the case where an employee does not agree with the disciplinary actions recommended, they may appeal to the school district within 5 calendar days of receiving notice. At that time a hearing will be set whereby the...

If however an appeal of disciplinary action is not granted, a written evaluation of disciplinary actions will be recorded in the personnel members' permanent file, to be stored in the Human Resources department. All employees may receive copies of any written disciplinary actions by requesting a copy from the personnel department.
Employees undergoing disciplinary actions will be reviewed within a one month period from commencement of action to monitor any progress and achievements made at correcting the behaviors identified in the written warning. Personnel members failing to improve performance will be subject to suspension and/or termination at the will of the District.

The District reserves the right at all times to suspend an employee for activities that are egregious in nature and cause potential harm or damage to students, other faculty or the District as a whole. Probationary employees may be suspended or terminated immediately if they fail to conform to the rules and regulations established by the district during their probationary period. Probationary employees will not be afforded the opportunity to appeal disciplinary actions at any time.

This analysis only represents break-even analysis. If the school wishes to make profits, it can increase prices to accommodate this factor, However, the caveat in this move is that as prices go up, the number of prices sold may go down (Cebrzynski, 2008). The reason for this was that counselors in schools were not seen as a person who needed to deal with

Children seem to become more focused on academics. They are also easily identified on campus, in the community, and on field trips, making general safety another benefit of wearing uniforms. These are attempts to define ethics by describing actions, and fairly specific constellations of actions at that. Almost 100 years later, Swenson also used the concept of study in defining ethics, saying that it included
