Working in Any Organization Requires a Lot

Working in any organization requires a lot of dedication and commitment towards a better management system. However, my organization has been faced with an impediment occurring at the call center of the institution. This has been ascribed to resultant ineffective management and utilization of large sums of money that is unnecessary. Therefore, it is vital to conduct a statistical, analytical paper researching about the problem and devising appropriate ways to addressing the problem statement.

Select Population

While conducting my research, I decided to select the male population. From it, demographic information, the male population had more years of experience in analytical positions. Their linkage to the departmental area of management is significantly pivotal in delivering the acquired information for addressing the problem statement.

Method of research

This research was conducted by use of the qualitative and qualitative methods of research. By use of departmental-based computers and instructional VCRs, it is quite easy to practically and quantify the objections towards achieving effectual call center analysis to my company. Other information from questionnaires is qualitatively analyzed.

Qualitative information will require the integration of qualitative communicative research. Under this notion, research questions are developed as they decide the most significant method to observe and report. In the process of research, the qualitative method is implicated (Lindlof and Taylor 3). This adopting role of qualitative communicative research is devised as appropriate and nonthreatening. Effectuate results are to be found from participation in a prerequisite claim about the research project.

Description of population

The male population is a more manual and practical populous. In retrieving information from questionnaires, men are related to less bias and prejudice while answering questions related to addressing the problem statement. Similarly, in conducting the use of the department-based computers. It has been a problem for me as a managerial analyst to transfer tracked rates reported in differentiated tools in my organization. Servers from my organization seem to have a faulty situation in their application, in programming. In using competent men, the risky practices in experimenting with the computers will be effectuated. There is a perception that men are skilled in engineering exercises and coherently programming tools of the company's servers.

Research Instrument

In addressing the proper methodology of research, several research instruments used to collect data from my sample population. It is perceived that lack of research instruments in solving organizational problems causes serious impediments. The instruments are used in the endeavor and the proposition of the address of problems arising from my research project.
