Police report 2: (Sergeant Macobby)

Two of the Skokie police sergeants tracked Mr. J to an earlier incident this year when Police Commissioner Roy Kelly had looked into the death of a missing boy (8 years old) from the neighboring West Roger's district. On 13th July, 8 years old Pierre Boyle visited his neighbor, Mr. Fondie at 11 am on MacDonald Avenue where Mr. Fondue, manager of Empire State Supply Company had lived there for 12 years except for 2 years when he had lived in Memphis, Tenn. Boyle, youngest of 16 children, and son of Irish immigrants in their 60s attending the local public school had lived there for the past 8 years. Fondie lives alone in the third-floor apartment in a building shared with two other families. There was blood on the door handle and the body itself was found inside a red suitcase that had been tossed in the bathtub.
Mr. Fondie himself is now under continuous surveillance on Rilker's Island. In the meantime, 2 neighbors had seen a man entering Mr. Fondie's apartment that Wednesday at 12:00 AM. The man was never to be found, but Police Commissioner Roy Kelly thinks that the neighbors' description of the visitor -- Asian, approximately 5 feet, black eyes, brown hair, a white Ford -- describes that of Mr. J.
