Sphere of Influence
The intent for this effort, is for my leadership style to permeate throughout the entirety of the organization. Leadership styles may play a large role in the implementation of a business plan when that style is aligned with the strategic plans for that firm. Influence runs from the top down, and if leaders at the top are expecting for things to happen at the bottom of the pile, those leaders must demonstrate their own ability to perform in order to earn the respect that is needed to keep a new organization afloat amongst the many challenges that it should be expected to face. A strong impact may be felt if the sphere of influence is truly aligned with the objectives and principles of the entire organization.
Personal Biases
My own personal biases reflect an attitude that women and children are weaker than men in the business world. While this may be proven true in some cases, it is only an assumption and not a truth.
