Men are reportedly involved in different offensive and aggressive acts, which are deplorable and condemnable. The mankind has contributed significantly towards the social, political and economic growth of any particular region, but if the progress is evaluated critically, we observe that the progress achieved is much less than what the potential of the individuals can offer. So where do we lose our abilities, the abilities and qualities of people are lost, because of the involvement of the mankind into different argumentative sessions, which delays and curtail the progress and its scope. The human social system has varied geographically, but the essence remains the same. Irrespective of the geographical affiliation, we have observed that people with different background are involved in such actions which are cause of distraction from the main purpose and objective. Often, we experience such situations in the business activities and politics, where individuals end up with differences of opinion and such differences take horrible face-let. In the political world, much of the differences are either ended with financial dealings or power sharing, and if such stage is not achieved, the differences simulate into murderous actions. There are continuous efforts from either of the group to retain and achieve supremacy, in terms of power, reward, and finances. In order to achieve all this, the individuals are involved into such a level, where there is no returning back. The individuals are involved in non-negotiable practices, which is highly condemnable. This moulds their psychology, and in many of the cases, it has been reported, that such individuals within our social system, require no judicial treatment instead mental treatment is proper dossier from them. No individual has the personal or inborn characteristic to perform any heinous crime, unless he or she is forcibly tied into such situations where the escape lies only by the execution of criminal plot. Therefore, the success and execution of the criminal plot, is likely to motivate the individual to perform series of such actions to secure and achieve the goals. Therefore either the individual learns from the society, or it is that society compels the individuals to develop such mentality and thoughts. (Rhodes Thompson, Stewards Shaped by Grace: The Church's Gift to a Troubled World. H.W. Wilson Company. 1990. pp. 63. Collier Macmillan Publishers). It has been reported that the psychology and the mentality of the individual is related with such events. If person is mentally sick, isolated and has deserted living, is more likely to accept and execute such plots, as compare with an individual who is having perfect living. The deadlock will persists as long as the mankind does not mutually combat the social evils, and further ensure that the rights of every single individual are protected and offered, furthermore, it is important that the individuals are respected. No offensive or aggressive approach should be towards other person, unless that can be justified.
